Our project is celebrating the end of its first year of activities by publishing the first results of the research made in 5 European countries.
The research had the aim of outlining the content of a new way of training Data Scientists by finding an empty space between the training offer provided by universities and private organizations in Europe and the training needs expressed by companies and different organizations looking for data scientists.
The result obtained is a specific profile to be trained, not yet satisfied in its needs by universities or boot camps: someone who combines knowledge of an organisation’s business with sufficient knowledge and understanding of data science to “bridge” between nontechnical people in the business with highly skilled data scientists able to add value to the business.
The second year of activities of the Da.Re. project will be focused on the creation of the pilot course for training in 150 hours this “Bridge Person” wanted by the organizations.
If you want to know more about the research made and the way we are creating a pilot course able to re-imagine education, download here our first Intellectual Output and keep on following us on Facebook, Twitter or subscribing our newsletter.
