Project Meeting in Ancona

Hosted by Confindustria, the partners met in Ancona the 28th and 29th of March 2019.
The meeting represented the opportunity for the partners to discuss the main elements of the project divided in:

The progress of the technical activities

The second phase of the project will be concluded with the organization of the Residential School. The activities made so far are many and should be evaluated in every aspect to better organize the last part of the initiative.

The Consortium worked to set-up the very last phase of the project and to transform into tangible outputs the information collected so far thanks to the studies made. The very last Intellectual Output of the project to be produced will be the curriculum for a Master Deegree in Data Science to be shared among Europe for the wider adoption possible.

The dissemination and communication aspects

Producing outputs for the use of the stakeholders and institutions is one of the main targets of the projects funded by the European Commission. Even more important is disseminating the results and push their exploitation. The Consortium worked for scheduling the dates of the next Multiplier Events to be organized in Slovenia (10th of May 2019), Portugal (14th of May 2019) and in Italy (17th of May and in June).

The Multiplier Events are intended to give to the widest audience possible the opportunity to know the content of the projects and to multiply the effect of the results produced with the funded initiatives.

The management

Every technical activity is evaluated also from an economic point of view. The Consortium discussed the resources consumed and planned the ones still to be used till the end of the project. The Consortium Bodies met and according to plans, they formally approved the results of the meeting.
